I absolutely had to leave a review after my visit this morning. My family has been traveling for several days and had another 8 hour drive in front of them, when I noticed a tire had been damaged the previous day. I went in search for a new tire as my spare was stuck and wouldn't drop down. The gentleman working the front desk (wish I had gotten his name) checked inventory and didn't have one in stock. He then checked to see how long it would take to get me in the shop for the mechanics to figure out why the spare wouldn't come out. When I explained that I would just have to figure something else out, he offered to look at it. Well, in about five minutes, he had fixed the issue and my spare tire was freed! He let me change my tire right there in the parking lot and then wouldn't let me leave without having the techs check all of my tires! I couldn't believe how friendly and professional everyone was! I wish I lived closer. This would be my shop for life! Thank you so much!!!
