I was here from out of town, and I had what I thought was a bad alternator. They could have easily replaced it and charged me but were honest and told me it was fine. The battery was bad, and I already had one that was going to be put in...they had my husband bring it to them and they put it in for me. The price was very reasonable. Very honest and friendly people. If I lived here I would use them on a regular basis...very good customer service. Thank you again.

I followed the Pugh brothers from Rose Tire when it was in town because they always did exceptional work on our vehicles at reasonable prices there.  I was relieved to find that they were still doing business. They fixed a power steering leak on our Odyssey van that I researched and expected may cost well over $100, but the bill was only $75.  They have done great jobs for us on our alignments and brakes too. Not to mention the fact that they always are professional and honest every time I call them.  They will always work on our vehicles. We always recommend them to friends and family.

I had the shocks and struts on my car replaced by another mechanic who failed to tell us that it would need an alignment also. My tires were making an awful squealing sound. I went to Pugh’s and they took care of me right away. They were super busy but worked me in quickly. They even dropped me off and picked me up at my gym so I wouldn’t have to wait around. They were so polite and kind, which is hard to find these days. They’ve earned a repeat customer!
